This seminar will provide an introduction to the new ABIC (Australian Building Industry Contracts) Cost Plus contract about to be published, an overview of the soon to be released changes to ABIC MW and SW, cover the duty of care owed by architects acting as superintendents and an overview of how contract works insurance operates. In addition to the opportunity of Q+A on the night, registered attendees can submit their questions ahead of this session for consideration to be answered at the seminar.
