New Employees: Contracts of employment and minimum requirements
Employment and OHS specialist Renae Harding will present on what an employer should do (and what an employer must do) when engaging new employees in the architectural industry.
The presentation will cover the minimum entitlements and the Architects Award 2010, fixed term contracts, as well as examine the risks of not providing an adequate employment contract.
The presentation will also provide an overview of specialised employment contract clauses that can help protect your business, such as restraint of trade and confidentiality.
